Going Crazy? I Thought I Was Already There...
It has been a fast 7 weeks since our Lily bug joined the family. Jessi is feeling more emotionally stable and has been able to keep the home front running. Mike has been working full time during the break between classes and will start his second to last semester on Wednesday. Lily is a doll. She normally sleeps 6-9 hours a night, eats really well and is a fairly easy baby. All in all, we are lucky to have her. She went to the pediatrician for her first immunization on Wednesday and has been pretty good; no adverse reactions! She is now 8 lbs 14 ounces and has jumped from being in the 5th percentile up to the 20th!!! Here are some new pictures, in case you haven't been looking at our photo album on Facebook.

It is so fun to see them change. She looks like a totally different little girl. She is really cute. I love when they start to fill out. I am glad that she is sleeping so good for you. That is always a big bonus.
ReplyDeleteYay, I am glad that those sleepers fit her, I was worried they wouldn't because they were newborn. I figured she would need something warm for the Butte winter. She is so cute, and so much bigger!
ReplyDeleteShe is so pretty! And a super good mixture of both of you guys :) I'm glad she sleeps a lot for you too, that is always nice ;) Hopefully I get to meet her sometime! :)
ReplyDeleteOh! And I LOVE how she looks in her super warm coat! :)
How cute! I love it when sleep at night. What a difference it makes in your sanity!!
ReplyDeleteWait...6 to 9 hours at a time!??? Woah...Gracie didn't do that until she was nearly 11 months. That's super news...and good for mom and dad especially. And I love the Boppies...they were Gracie's Best Friends!
ReplyDeleteLily has such pretty eyes!! Keep the pictures coming. She is so beautiful! I can't wait to meet her in person some day.
She is very cute and really getting aware. I love to watch them get older at that age because they change so much each week. That is great that she is sleeping so well. Lucky!
ReplyDeleteJessie, I think it is funny that you call her Lilly bug. Tori is our little Tori Bug. I haven't congratulated you yet, but I'm so happy for you two. I was always afraid that either you or Sean would have kids before me. That would have been terrible for an old uncle! Anyway, we love you all tons. I'm just wondering why I don't qualify as family on your Family Blogs list!
ReplyDeleteShe is a beautiful baby! Congrats and hopefully you are adjusting well. =) I'm jealous about the 6-9 hours. Sophie is slowly getting there, but she is almost 6 months old already! Take care! Luv, Heidi
