A Thankful Heart is a Happy Heart

It's almost Thanksgiving and this time of year gives us the opportunity to reflect on the things in our lives that are blessings to us. We are so blessed that Mike is almost done with school (4 weeks until finals!), has had five great second interviews with five great companies, has already gotten two offers of employment, is less stressed out because he will be able to provide for our growing family. We are so thankful to be pregnant again (due June 14), with so little effort (we know too many couples who have had a hard time conceiving and that only makes us appreciate this pregnancy more), to have a sweet little Lily (who turns ONE on Monday!) that touched our hearts and made us want more babies. We're grateful for our apartment, our cars, our physical possessions that keep us comfortable. We're the most blessed by our family and friends. We have made so many friends in Butte these last 4 years (four years? Hard to believe!) who came to mean so much to us - they will be hard to leave behind at the end of the year. We need to remember to be thankful more often - not just at this one time of year.
